A licensed realtor since 2008, Natalie Stark is filled with immense gratitude to be able to spend her days assisting people with discovering their dream home, or selling their property to move on to the next big adventure of their lives. One of the most enjoyable aspects of her work is showing her clients around the beautiful state of Utah to experience its tight-knit communities, outdoor activities, and ecologically-friendly home developments. Natalie’s intimate familiarity and market knowledge of the greater Wasatch Front brings a great deal of confidence and reassurance to her buyers and sellers.
A graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in finance, Natalie had a successful career over the years working in a variety of financial roles. After making the move to become a realtor, Natalie realized she had finally found her true calling. The opportunity to meet new people, assist them with one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives, and experience their joy when handing over the keys to their new home is incredibly fulfilling to Natalie. She has also had the pleasure of working alongside her best friend and husband, Adam, and their combination of skills and resources bring added benefits to their clients. Their success working together has led them to being the number one realtor team in their previous brokerage before joining Summit Sotheby’s International Realty.
Natalie pours her time and energy into each and every one of her clients, from first, second, or third-time home buyers, to seniors transitioning into a place that fits their evolving lifestyle and needs. Natalie loves the challenge of finding just the right environment and home, whether it’s Salt Lake City’s many historic neighborhoods, the Wasatch Front’s beautiful developments, or within the southern valley’s sprawling meadows and farmland. Natalie also enjoys assisting with the 55+ developments, and has earned the designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist ensuring that she covers all of the opportunities available when purchasing or selling their home. Always at the ready, Natalie believes that her success is putting her clients first, responding promptly to their requests, and making sure they are kept abreast of every step in the real estate process.
Married for 20 years, Natalie and Adam spend a great deal of time keeping up with their amazing children - her 16-year-old daughter and her 12-year-old twins. When Natalie isn’t showing a property or going on outdoor adventures with her active family, she loves to craft and decorate elaborate cakes, practice yoga, and listen to her favorite music.
